Your clients’ customers are starting with AI, not Google. The agencies that learn to manage AI discovery first will hold those retainers — and we build every agent alongside your team while you learn.
No platform fees during the 90-day ramp-up. Up to five clients.

With CRSTA and Cumae, agencies help business clients build the assets that make them discoverable to AI chatbots — audited, structured, deployed and measured as a recurring service.
Find the gaps. What do AI systems get wrong, or fail to find, about the client’s business?
Create context. Turn menus, catalogs, services, locations and policies into AI-readable assets.
Start conversations. Put a CRSTA agent on the client’s site and publish approved context through Cumae.
Capture intent. See what visitors actually ask, and where the answers fall short.
Connect selectively. Extend to more locations, more channels and more of the client’s systems.
Agencies already manage websites, local SEO, listings, content, promotions, and customer engagement. CRSTBL layers on an AI conversation and discovery engine you can package and price.
| Agency Need | CRSTBL Value |
|---|---|
| Manage more clients without adding staff | Reusable AI conversation infrastructure per client. |
| Keep client information current | Update menus, services, products, promotions, and location context in one place. |
| Improve client reporting | Show what customers are asking about and where intent is emerging. |
| Add AI services to existing retainers | Package CRSTBL as a website conversation and discovery layer. |
| Improve local SEO and AI search readiness | Use real customer questions to refine AI-ready business context. |
You shouldn’t have to master a platform before you can sell it. Start with one client you trust, scale to five running in parallel, and CRSTBL’s team works alongside your project team for the entire 90 days — from the first client conversation to the day-90 results. No CRSTBL platform fees for 90 days.
The four phases — per client, and clients can run concurrently.
You run the client conversation with our co-branded kit. The client confirms directly with CRSTBL and keeps control of their own account. We review your first enrollment with you before it goes anywhere.
You supply the client’s knowledge, personality, and greeting. CRSTBL’s team builds the agent and hands back the embed code. One snippet on the site, with no change to how it works.
Conversations arrive; your team tags what visitors actually wanted. We coach on what to adjust and when, with progress reviews at day 30, 60, and 80.
The day-90 report: measured cost per conversation against the $0.32–$1.00 range, engagement trend, visitor intent in their own words, and what continuing costs at published pricing. Your team runs the conversion conversation.
Enrollment opens after CRSTA and Cumae launch. Tell us you’re interested and we’ll bring your team in when it does.
Agency partners are evaluated, not self-enrolled. A strong fit meets most of the following — not all of it.
Active relationships in a CRSTBL target market: restaurants and food service, local and multi-location retail, B2B distributors and manufacturers, or loyalty and offer networks.
Services CRSTBL extends rather than replaces — SEO, AEO and content strategy, website development and conversion, listings and product-information management, CRM or marketing automation.
Retainers, managed services, support agreements or standing strategic reviews — a natural home for ongoing monitoring, reporting and optimization.
Able to qualify a client use case, define measurable outcomes and scope a contained deployment without overstating expected results.
Able to gather and structure client information, coordinate client approvals, support testing and follow an escalation process.
Able to interpret customer-intent and representation data, run outcome reviews, use approved product claims, and keep agency services distinct from CRSTBL products.
Scale revenue without scaling headcount. Manage more clients efficiently with centralized updates, reducing operational costs while improving service quality and client retention.
We developed a 90-day training process for marketing and agency teams as part of a live onboarding exercise.
