How does the 14-day trial period work?
Sign up for Business, provide your business info, and your Conversation Agent goes live. Full analytics from day one. Your first 14 days are a trial period — cancel before day 15 and you are not billed. Enterprise starts with a scoping conversation instead — no trial period.
