Sign up for Local, provide your business information, and your Conversation Agent goes live. Full analytics from day one. No charge for 14 days, no charge if you cancel before the trial ends. Enterprise doesn’t include a free trial — it starts with a scoping call instead.
Can I upgrade from Local to Enterprise later?
Yes. Many businesses start on Local and upgrade to Enterprise as they add locations, integrations, or need deeper analytics. Your existing configuration and conversation history carry over.
Is there a contract?
Local is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise agreements are structured during onboarding to fit the deployment scope, typically with annual terms; the service auto-renews unless canceled by the client.
What’s included in the Enterprise platform fee?
The $1,000/month base covers the CRSTBL Enterprise platform: multi-location Conversation Agents, advanced analytics, semantic mapping, and API access. Add-ons like Avatar deployment, Character Identity Build, and metered usage are billed separately and defined during scoping.
