Reading the Business row. The Business platform fee is $0, but a Business account requires at least one agent. A single voice agent is $120/month, which is why Business is published as starting at $120/month rather than as a free plan.

How usage and scope are counted.
Four independent measures drive what a CRSTA account costs: organizations, locations, deployment scope, and agents.
Organization
A distinct legal entity represented, administered, or billed within a CRSTA account. Divisions, departments, brands, or DBAs operating under the same legal entity do not constitute separate Organizations unless separately configured by CRSTBL.
Location
A distinct physical outlet, branch, office, restaurant, store, or other customer-facing facility associated with an Organization.
Total Location Scope
The location allowance applies to the aggregate number of Locations across all Organizations within the account, not to each Organization separately.
Website
One primary domain serving as the main CRSTA deployment environment.
Subdomain
A separately addressable deployment under the primary domain, such as location.example.com.
Agent
A separately configured voice or avatar experience with its own role, instructions, knowledge scope, workflow, or deployment.
How the four measures relate.
- Organization count measures legal and administrative complexity.
- Location count measures the physical network represented.
- Website and subdomain count measures deployment scope.
- Agent count measures distinct conversational experiences, roles, contexts, or workflows.
- A location does not automatically receive a separate agent. One Network agent can serve multiple locations using visitor selection, page context, or routing logic.
AI is already talking about your business. But it may not be getting the truth from you.
Manage how AI talks with people — and about your business.
Cumae (pronounced “Cue-Me”) controls how external AI systems access your business information. It is a separate CRSTBL product, not a CRSTA tier, and is not included in the pricing above. CRSTA customers can optionally allow approved, classified conversation insights to improve their Cumae Business Discovery Profile.

Why does Business show a $0 platform fee but start at $120/month?
The Business platform fee is $0, but a Business account requires at least one agent to do anything. The cheapest working configuration is one voice agent at $120/month, so that is the price we publish. Business is not a free plan.
How do platform fees and agent fees work together?
They are additive. On Network, a $1,000/month platform fee plus one voice agent ($120) and one avatar agent ($500) is $1,620/month. On Enterprise the platform fee starts at $2,500/month and agent pricing is the same. On Business the platform fee is $0, so you pay only for agents.
What is the difference between a voice agent and an avatar agent?
They are two configurations of the same platform, not separate plans. A voice agent is $120/month with 3,000 included minutes. An avatar agent adds a rendered visual presence and is $500/month with 2,000 included minutes. Both are available on every tier.
How are locations counted across multiple organizations?
The location allowance is an aggregate across the whole account, not per organization. A Network account with 4 organizations and 50 locations in total is within scope; 4 organizations with 50 locations each is not.
Does every location need its own agent?
No. One agent can serve multiple locations through visitor selection, page context, or routing logic. You add agents when you need a genuinely distinct conversational experience — a different role, knowledge scope, or workflow — not simply because you added a location.
What happens if we exceed our included minutes?
You add usage blocks to the specific agent that needs them: 1,000 voice minutes for $40, or 1,000 avatar minutes for $100. Included minutes reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for Business, provide your business information, and your agent goes live. No charge for 14 days and no credit card required. Network and Enterprise start with a scoping call instead of a trial.
Can we move from Business to Network later?
Yes. Businesses commonly start on Business and move to Network as they add organizations, locations, kiosk deployments, or need the CRSTBL dashboard. Your configuration and conversation history carry over.
Is Cumae included in these prices?
No. Cumae is a separate CRSTBL product, priced separately. See Cumae pricing. CRSTA customers can optionally allow approved, classified conversation insights to improve their Cumae Business Discovery Profile, but Cumae is not a CRSTA tier.
