Agent Role

Booth staff that never burns out.

Trade show conversations are expensive, compressed, and full of buying signals — and your team can only hold three at a time. A Booth Representative works the floor alongside them, handling the fourth, fifth, and sixth visitor without getting tired at 4pm on day three.

What this agent actually does.

The constraint at a show is not traffic. It is attention — how many visitors your team can talk to before the hall closes, and how much of what was said survives the flight home.

Greets the overflow

Engages visitors your team cannot reach yet, so nobody walks past the booth because everyone looked busy.

Runs the product walkthrough

Explains what you are showcasing, what problems it solves, and how it compares — the same way every time.

Qualifies before handoff

Finds out who the visitor is and what they need, then routes the ones worth a human conversation to your team.

Turns the show into intelligence

You leave with structured insight — recurring objections, product interest patterns, qualified leads — not just scanned badges.

In the field

The Lake Lures AI Sales Companion is a branded avatar deployed as a Booth Representative — greeting visitors, answering product questions, and capturing qualified interest on the show floor. See the live demo →

Questions it answers all day.

These come straight from live deployments. Your agent’s version is built from your own show collateral.

“What are you showing this year?”

“What problem does this actually solve?”

“Can I see a demo?”

“How does this compare to what I use today?”

“What does it cost, roughly?”

“Does it integrate with our systems?”

“Who on your team should I talk to?”

“When is your team at the booth?”

Same role, different floor.

How it is configured.

Agent type

Avatar recommended. A show floor is a visual medium — a branded face on a screen stops traffic in a way a voice-only agent does not.

Account scope

Kiosk deployment requires CRSTA Network or Enterprise. Small teams running a single-event pilot can start on Business with a website agent first.

What you supply

Show collateral, the product subset you are exhibiting, booth schedule, and who leads should route to. Reuses your existing Character Identity if you already have one.

Plan onboarding against your show calendar. A first agent takes 4–8 weeks on Network or 8–12 weeks on Enterprise; once the knowledge foundation exists, an agent for the next event takes 1–2 weeks.

Staff the booth without adding headcount.

Tell us which show is next and we will scope this role against your exhibit plan and collateral.
