Agent Role

The sidewalk greeter for your website.

A shop with someone at the door converts better than one without. A Website Concierge is that person for your site — it meets every arriving visitor, finds out what they came for, and walks them to it before they give up and leave.

What this agent actually does.

Most visitors arrive with one question and no patience for your navigation. The Concierge’s job is to shorten the distance between that question and the answer — and to notice when a visitor is about to leave without one.

Greets rather than waits

Opens the conversation instead of sitting as a closed bubble in the corner, so anonymous traffic has a reason to engage.

Answers the arrival question

Hours, location, menu, services, availability, pricing basics, and what to do next — without making anyone hunt through pages.

Routes to the right place

Sends visitors to the right location, page, booking flow, or ordering path once it understands what they want.

Captures intent on the way out

Collects contact details when a visitor chooses to share them, and records what they were looking for either way.

Questions it answers all day.

These come straight from live deployments. Your agent’s version is built from your own content.

“Are you open right now?”

“Which location is closest to me?”

“Do you have anything vegetarian?”

“Can I book a table for six on Friday?”

“Do you carry this brand in store?”

“What services do you offer, and how do I get a quote?”

“Do you deliver to my area?”

“Who do I talk to about a large order?”

Same role, different floor.

The job is identical everywhere: greet, understand, route. What changes is the knowledge behind it.

How it is configured.

Agent type

Voice or avatar. Most single-location businesses start with voice. Brands that want a face on the door choose an avatar built from your own Character Identity.

Account scope

Runs on any CRSTA tier. One website agent is the standard CRSTA Business deployment; chains run one per location under Network or Enterprise.

What you supply

Your existing website content, hours, locations, and menu or service list. No structured data prep required — unstructured content is fine.

Independent businesses go live in a day on a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Structured onboarding for a first agent runs 4–8 weeks on Network and 8–12 weeks on Enterprise; additional agents take 1–2 weeks each.
